The hotel has a magnificent complex with beautifully manicured gardens that are a feature of the hotel. The site is divided into thematic areas named after the Greek and Roman gods, showing the striking beauty and incredible diversity of the Mediterranean flora. The flowers and plants native to the Mediterranean are arranged very creatively with lighting systems, sidewalks and courtyards that recall the spirits of the Greek and Roman gods. From exotic palm trees to shady vines, to the incredible scents of rosemary and oleander and the beautiful colors of lemon trees and passion flowers, the beautiful gardens of Neptune Hotel offer a relaxing holiday atmosphere!
In addition to the incredible gardens, there is also a collection of mythological sculptures throughout the hotel site. In the vast gardens you will find striking sculptures made of ancient metal depicting clever interpretations of the gods and heroes of Greek and Roman Mythology. Its creator, the famous German painter and sculptor Peter Müller, has created from recycled scrap metal original creations that attract matures and children and arouse their interest in history and culture. Neptune Hotels invites you to a holiday inspired by the gods and it really does not get any better!

We stayed in a deluxe twin room which are located in the Bungalows and have recently been fully and tastefully renovated and furnished. Our room was modern, stylish and fresh with modern technology, appliances and amenities, as well as the sea view! Our room also had coffee and tea, a Smart TV, iHome Clock Radio and Media Hub Connectivity Panel and a Minibar. Our room was elegant and spacious and very comfortable and we slept perfectly the three nights we were at the hotel.
Our marble bathroom was modern and stylish with a high pressure rain shower with toiletries, towels and bathrobes. In the bathroom there was also a hairdryer, a scale and a makeup mirror.
We also had the opportunity to have a look in one of the elegant executive apartments in the first row, located directly on the sea and the village pool. They are nicely furnished and upon arrival you will receive a free bottle of wine and various sweets, which is a nice welcome! The spacious apartments include a bedroom and a separate living /dining room with a fully equipped modern kitchenette. They also have a balcony or terrace with stunning views of the pool and the sea. The beautiful apartments are fully equipped with all the modern equipment and amenities you would expect from a five-star hotel, in addition to a DVD player and coffee and tea facilities. Air conditioning in the rooms works like a Charm that is much needed during Greek summers, and free wifi is fast and offers fantastic connectivity.
The hotel is blessed to be surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty with an endless white sand beach on the Aegean coast with the islands of Kálymnos and Psérimos on the horizon. Guests have free access to sun loungers, umbrellas, towels, showers and changing rooms on the beach. The beautiful beach has also been certified with the blue flag for its clean water! We highly recommend taking the time to enjoy a sunset on the beach, it is truly magical!
Neptune hotels has several pools than any other resort we stayed during our trip and we were very impressed! There is the pool of the residence, the palace pool, the village pool with sea views, the Olympic pool, the heated indoor pool, pedaling and a mini water country for children! Your most difficult decision during your vacation will be to choose a pool to swim in!
As many know, the Island of Kos was heavily influenced last year by the refugee crisis. Today, the refugee situation is completely controlled and the island has returned to normal, but tourism in Kos has suffered a major blow and the island is struggling. Kos was as beautiful as the other Greek islands we visited, and you wouldn’t even think that the refugee crisis took place here, we didn’t see a single refugee the whole time we were in Kos. We would not hesitate to return to Kos and would recommend the island and resort for anyone looking for a pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay. We loved every Moment of our stay at the beautiful Neptune hotel, which is truly a relaxing paradise on Kos with absolutely everything you could need to make sure your holiday is perfect inside the resort, in addition to the staff who go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect!
