We were warmly welcomed when we arrived in Astir de Paros and were quickly registered and presented in our room. Our first impressions of the hotel were fantastic with its beautiful landscaped gardens, magnificent sea views and beautiful white Greek buildings covered with beautiful pink flowers. The reception was welcoming and there are 24/7 staff available to assist you with everything you need during your stay.
Astir de Paros is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens with excellent facilities for all hotel guests. The beautiful hydromassage pool and children’s pool are located next to the hotel’s private beach. The huge Pool is surrounded by tropical palm trees and a terrace, a fully equipped pool bar and sun loungers with magnificent views of the sandy beach and the beautiful beach and the Bay of Kolymbithres, with its sparkling blue water.
Other hotel facilities include a tennis court, a 3-hole golf course, a sauna, a gym, massage rooms, a helipad, a shuttle bus, an art gallery and the staff who can help you book water sports, boat trips, horseback riding and excursions around the island!
The rooms have been recently renovated and are beautifully decorated with minimalist and modern furniture, some with beautiful paintings.
Ours had a little artwork over the bed and we thought the only thing that could have improved our room would have been more artwork because the walls felt pretty bare.
We stayed in one of the junior suites overlooking the garden, which was a very spacious and open suite with a large bedroom and an adjoining elegant living room. The room featured minimal furnishings in soft beige tones and modern furnishings in natural tones and high-quality fabrics.
In addition, all rooms have a well-stocked minibar, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV and a hairdryer. Our room was elegant and wonderfully comfortable, a fantastic place to retreat from an evening after a great day exploring beautiful Paros!
Astir de Paros has two fantastic Gourmet restaurants, Poseidon serves Mediterranean and Greek cuisine and Aelos serves Chinese cuisine. There are also two bars, Amphitriti and Nireus, the delicious Snacks and exquisite cocktails in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
Breakfast is served by the pool and is a hot and cold buffet. It was a nice way to start each day with a delicious breakfast in the sun overlooking the pool, beach and bay in the distance.
We had a brilliant stay in Astir de Paros and that made our stay in Paros unforgettable. Paros is one of the most beautiful Greek islands and we couldn’t think of a better place to enjoy all that this wonderful island has to offer.
